Great tour and very clean. Our tour person Erica R did a very great job at being informative and patient with me and my friend! She answered all of our questions despite some being quite simple or obvious. We left our tour very informed and at a good time too. 10/10 would do again!

I just moved in at the start of the semester. Tashauna Hall was very kind in giving me my keys and leading me to where my room was. Casas Ra Emem was very inviting and very nice with letting me know more about casas and answering any questions I had.

My son moved in back in august, he is a very shy student who inside really wants to grow. College started off rough for him and he made little friends. But Casas del Rio hosted a Door Decorating contest for halloween this month, and him and his roommate finally bonded. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my son to live, and i would love to give a shout out to his RA Erica for encouraging residents to come and participate in her event! Thank you staff!

RA Jacob was great! He gave me so much information about my son living at Casas. He is always ready help and goes above and beyond just for the simplest things. With Jacob you know that he job is going to get done and get done right!

I lived and worked here for over a year when I first arrived and I thought it was a great place. I was wrong, genuinely one of the worst places to live and work on campus. overly expensive, poor management, and frustrating work environment. Casas Del Rio is incredibly unorganized. Specifically managers like LM Lexi made it nearly impossible to get anything done. She is incredibly rude to everyone including residents, never answered emails, sat in her office on her phone basically 8 hours a day. The only real compliment I have is for GM Marcos who is genuinely nice and seems to be the only one putting in work most days. Otherwise this was a terrible, heavily overpriced mess. If you want anything to be completed like work orders or getting leasing info you will have to pester the RAs just to get a hold of a manager who knows how to do their job.

My first year here at Casas and it has been the best experience ever. I received the best help from Edgar Rodriguez. He is nice and efficient in explaining every question or concerned I had. 10/10!!!

Having a really good experience at casas, they have a free printer, I absolutely love the 24 hour gym, my room was nice and clean when I first came in and overall its expensive but for the convenience I would say its worth it. I just suggest a noise machine since residents are very loud along with people outside at night.
